applied appropriately to provide maximum protection and beauty for the life of
your home. Here is what the process involves:
1. Inspection - We completely inspect the outside walls of your home for deterioration and suspect area.
2. Trenching - We trench around your home. The trenching will help eliminate foundation decay and provide prevent moisture intrusion once TEX•COTE® Coating is applied.
3. Masking - All doors, windows, landscaping and surface not to be coated are carefully covered to prevent overspray and provide the most professional-looking job possible.
4. Sandblasting - Your entire house is sandblasted to remove stains, loose paint, foreign substrates, mold, mildew and algae. Once cleaned, areas in need of patching are revealed.
5. Repair/Patch - Deteriorated areas are patched with specially formulated patching and bonding materials to correct defects and create a sound and uniform surface area.
6. Primer Applied - Our thick TEX•COTE® primer is applied to your home’s exterior.
7. Finsh Coat Applied - A thick coating of our special TEX•COTE® (smooth or textured finish) is applied. This finish chemically "fuses" itself to the primer for a second line of defense against the elements.
8. Clean-Up - All masking is removed and the area is cleaned of any debris. Our texcote installation process is now complete.
